Malloy Gamebirds has designed a custom foam shipping container exclusively for shipping quail eggs.

We offer several complete kit options for the quantities that we sell the most. The most common styrofoam incubator on the market is rated for 120 quail eggs, and the larger GQF cabinet style incubators hold 480 per shelf. To meet our market needs, we designed our small box option to hold 126 quail eggs and our large box option holds either 252 or 504 quail eggs. These are the most requested quantities from customers. We have found this design and foam to be the best and safest way to ship quail eggs.

Creating the Product

We searched for the highest quality foam with the right density to ensure that your eggs will arrive at their destination safely. The 1.75” thick die-cut foam comes with top and bottom foam pads which are both 1/2” thick, and also a top and bottom corrugated pad. The 126 egg shipping box is a folding box that is easy to assemble. The 252 and 504 egg boxes are the same dimensions length and width, but have two different folding levels to adjust the depth to achieve the desired capacity.

Complete Quail Egg Shipping Kit

126 Kit

This kit includes 1 easy folding box along with a top and bottom corrugated pad, 2 foam spacer pads, and 1 egg foam shipper with holes removed. The 126 capacity box measures 14 1/8” x 12 3/8” x 3 1/2”.

252/504 Kit

This kit includes one easy folding box that is pre-creased for different folding depth to allow shipping of 252 or 504 quail eggs. Along with the box comes a top and bottom corrugated pad. The 252 egg kits include
3 foam spacer pads and 2 egg foams with holes removed. The 504 egg kits include 5 foam spacer pads and 4 egg foams with holes removed. The 504 capacity box measures 14 1/4” x 12 1/2” x 10 7/8” when assembled.
